TEQUILA
Two expressions. One origin. From Nayarit's volcanic highlands.
Chapter 01
Real de Ixtlán is produced in Ixtlán del Río, Nayarit — one of the very few tequila-producing regions outside Jalisco. At the DEHAT distillery (NOM 1628), Blue Weber agave grows in volcanic soil enriched by centuries of geological activity, producing piñas with a distinctive mineral character you won't find in Jalisco tequilas.
The brand offers two expressions from the same distillery and terroir: a Blanco built for volume and versatility, and the original Plata — carrying the Wixárika hummingbird symbol that connects this spirit to the indigenous heritage of its homeland. Same origin, two purposes.
The volcanic soil of Nayarit gives the agave a mineral backbone that no amount of technique can replicate — it has to come from the land.
Chapter 02
Built for mixology.
Unaged, and built at 42% on purpose. The extra structure is what keeps the agave identifiable once it meets citrus, fruit and spice — where a softer pour would be buried. Cooked agave leads, herbal and mineral notes give it depth, and the finish holds. The expression made for the back bar.
Sight
Crystalline and bright, silver reflections, slow defined legs
Nose
Cooked agave forward, herbal and vegetal, mineral depth, subtle fruit
Palate
Firm and structured, herbal and mineral, enveloping body
Finish
Medium-long, clean and warm — cooked agave holds

Built for sipping.
Unaged. The original expression carrying the Wixárika hummingbird — a symbol of good fortune that connects this tequila to the indigenous heritage of Nayarit. At 40% ABV it is the sipping expression: a silky, almost unctuous entry, ripe guava and vanilla over cooked agave, and a mineral thread that reads straight back to the volcanic soil.
Sight
Crystalline and bright, silver reflections, medium body
Nose
Cooked agave, ripe guava, vanilla, delicate herbal lift
Palate
Soft and silky, ripe fruit, vanilla sweetness, elegant minerality
Finish
Clean, balanced, persistent, subtle sweet echo

Chapter 03
Piñas are slow-cooked in autoclaves, converting complex starches into fermentable sugars while preserving the agave's natural flavor compounds.
Cooked agave is crushed through roller mills to extract the sweet aguamiel, ensuring maximum juice yield with clean separation from fibers.
Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks without fibers, allowing precise temperature control and consistent flavor development.
Two passes through stainless steel pot stills refine the spirit — to 40% ABV for the Plata, 42% for the Blanco — creating a clean, well-structured tequila.

Blanco 42%
Clean, low-cal, sessionable. No sweetener, no sugar, no liqueur.
Method
Built in a tall glass over ice. The 42% proof gives it body that a 40% would lack.
Blanco 42%
The Margarita, dialed up. Spicy, smoky, salt-rimmed.
Method
Shaken, double-strained into a rocks glass with ice. The jalapeño references the volcanic terroir of Nayarit — heat from the earth.
Blanco 42%
Effortless, refreshing, built in the glass. The everyday serve.
Method
Built in a tall glass over ice. Elderflower is the European cocktail bar’s universal language — understated, floral, instantly familiar.
